Securing the future: AI Driven Capture Strategies with Human oversight

Tuesday, June 24, 2025, 12:00 PM EST

Summary

GovCons are increasingly integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their capture processes to enhance efficiency in identifying, responding to, and securing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitations. AI offers significant advantages, accelerating research, automating content generation and even improving response accuracy (if you do it right!). However, it also introduces potential risks related to compliance, security and privacy. Therefore, maintaining human oversight (human in the loop), all crucial to ensuring optimal AI deployment/output.

This session will:
  • Analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on capture processes
  • Discuss best practices for balancing automation with human expertise
  • Explore potential security, privacy and regulatory challenges in AI-driven proposal development
  • Demonstrate how AI can be responsibly deployed across different phases of the capture process
  • Show you how to integrate your AI tools, market research platforms and CRM systems to save time and drive better results
By the end of this session you will have a clear roadmap for using AI effectively, (whether you’ve never used it before or you’re a power user) and ensuring your tools work together seamlessly to keep your proposals compliant, secure and competitive.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify which capture processes can be enhanced by AI and how
  • Implement a human oversight process effectively, knowing where and how a human will remain in the loop – including techniques and controls to hire/train/operationalize
  • Evaluate the AI you are using- recognize the privacy, security and regulatory considerations by asking vendors the right questions
  • Optimize AI, Market Research and CRM Integration, knowing how to get the information in different systems to work together to gain efficiency.
