Donna Dominguez is a partner in Aronson LLC’s Government Contract Services Group, where she provides a wide range of financial compliance advisory services for government contractors. She is experienced in matters related to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS), incurred cost submissions, DCAA/cognizant audit support, provisional billing rates, establishing/revising indirect rate structures and cost proposal support.
Lynne Moritz is a Managing Consultant for Aronson LLC’s Government Contract Services Group. Her background includes nineteen years with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), seven years of which were spent in the Middle East, auditing Foreign Contractors. Subsequently, she worked in the Defense Industry for large publicly traded Corporations. She has experience in both Corporate Home Office and Segment requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Prior to joining Aronson, she managed a global team of financial analysts and lead the preparation of annual Forward Pricing Rates, Incurred Cost Submissions and maintenance of the Disclosure Statements for 20 reporting segments.
