Donna Dominguez is a partner in Aprio's Government Contract Services Group, where she provides a wide range of financial compliance advisory services for government contractors. She is experienced in matters related to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), cost accounting standards (CAS), incurred cost submissions, DCAA/cognizant audit support, provisional billing rates, establishing/revising indirect rate structures, and cost proposal support.

Donna works with government contractors to help them grow their businesses while keeping their accounting systems adequate in the eyes of the government and their billing systems current and relevant. She is also involved in supporting the government contracting community as a frequent guest speaker on a variety of compliance topics.

Jason Cadwell is a Manager for Aprio’s Advisory Team |Government Contract Compliance Services. He has over thirteen years of experience in the government contracting industry including over seven years with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and nearly three years with a defense contractor working on their government compliance team. Jason has extensive experience in many government compliance related areas including incurred cost submissions, provisional billing, adequate accounting systems, and DCAA audit readiness. His experience in government compliance has allowed him to gain a depth of knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).

Jason has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
