Kim Koster is Vice President of GovCon Strategy at Unanet, where she focuses on thought leadership and market positioning across project management, accounting, and government contracting.

Before joining Unanet, Kim held leadership roles at Raytheon and ATK, including Controller, Business Manager, Director of Business Systems, and Finance Director. With deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and ERP implementations, she has led multiple large-scale system initiatives and advised project and executive teams on operational and financial best practices. Kim holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Chris Crowder leads Unanet’s GovCon business unit, partnering with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to enhance the GovCon customer experience and drive growth.

Before joining Unanet, Chris was a principal at Baker Tilly, where he focused on technology and business solutions for Government Contractors and Federal agencies. He also held leadership roles at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen.

Chris serves on the board of SECAF and is an active member of PSC, NVTC, and other industry organizations. He holds a BS from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

With more than 30 years of experience, she specializes in FAR, DCAA, CAS, GAGAS, and GAAP compliance, helping contractors navigate financial, operational, and regulatory challenges.

Christine also advises clients on accounting systems, mergers and acquisitions, and operational strategy for government contractors. She is the co-author of the GAUGE Report, founder of the GovCon Lunch & Learn Series and GovCon Academy, and currently serves as Chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
