Rachel has over 20 years of experience supporting Government Contractors. As a Senior Manager in the Government Contracting Advisory Group, Rachel is responsible for managing outsourced accounting services for government contracting clients and implementing accounting system related services.

Rachel has written and updated Government Property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FAR Part 45 and DFARS 252.245-7003 for previous employers. Of particular importance is ensuring a process that is easy to follow, provides adequate documentation and can be readily supported. Rachel has been the main point of contact for multiple property audits by DCMA . By ensuring all documents were organized and presented in an efficient manner, audits were successfully completed and resulted in acceptable property system rating by DCMA.
