Stacy has over twenty-five years of progressive human resource experience as a leader and business partner to senior executives in guiding the growth and development of organizations. She has demonstrated effectiveness in providing strategic vision and counsel as well as driving best practices in the areas of talent management and acquisition and organizational development for companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, advertising, academia and non-profit. Her approach includes consideration of the executive management’s philosophies on talent and positioning those strategies with the business priorities and goals. Prior to joining Unanet, Stacy was the SVP of Human Resources for Inovalon and Avalere (an Inovalon company) for eight years. While at Inovalon and Avalere, she developed talent strategies focused on immersing graduate level students into the business through a rotational program inclusive of career development and built a talent framework to support the ongoing management of talent throughout the organization. Prior to joining Avalere, Stacy was a senior HR leader for AOL.

Jim Riney is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Freese and Nichols, a privately owned engineering, planning and consulting firm of about one thousand employees serving clients across the Southwest and Southeast United States.  Jim joined Freese and Nichols in 2021 to build the first Talent Acquisition team in the firm’s 128-year history.  He began his career at a recruitment agency, recruiting engineers for various clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, eventually transitioning to work for his largest client, Carter & Burgess. Through growth at Carter & Burgess and after the acquisition by Jacobs, he had the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of recruiting from university recruitment to executive hiring. In the years just before his transition to Freese and Nichols, he helped Jacobs design and implement tools, programs and strategies to help attract, select and hire global talent. Through his partnership with marketing, he helped grow a LinkedIn audience of more than one million followers and received global awards for brand recognition on LinkedIn.
