There is a limited number of customer speaker spots remaining for our May 2019 Champions Conference! The conference will be held May 16-17, 2019, in San Diego, CA. We would love to hear how Unanet has contributed to the success of your team, and/or your organization!

Huntsville GovCon Growth Summit
Joint hosts, Unanet and Anglin, invite you to a half-day 2019 Huntsville GovCon Growth Summit, on March 5th, at the beautiful Jackson Center in Research Park.
The day will kick off with a keynote presentation by Col. Kelsey Smith. The U.S. Army Garrison Commander will review 2018 developments and discuss any expected growth for Redstone Arsenal in 2019.

Ask Support
Q: How do I obtain a login to create a Support ticket?
A: To obtain a login to the Unanet support portal or to create a new ticket, send an email to support@unanet.com. All accounts are associated with an active Unanet customer. The system automatically associates support requests with companies based on the registered email domain of the company. Companies can have multiple email domains but no two companies can have the same email domain.
The following conditions must be met to be granted a support account:
- The "from" address must match the domain of your company
- It must NOT be a generic email account (e.g. it cannot be from gmail.com, aol.com, or msn.com)
- The company must have an active support agreement with Unanet
The system relies on registered domains for customers to eliminate SPAM. Emails sent from addresses that are not registered with a company with an active support account will be rejected. Emails sent from a generic email account such as gmail.com or aol.com will be ignored by the system.
A login is required to view ticket histories through the support.unanet.com portal or to access the Per Diem and M&IE files from the support portal.

Purchase Orders for Managing Subcontractor Labor
Join us for our next educational webinar on the purchasing features in Unanet Financials. Learn how to create a purchase order for subcontractor labor hours and process the vendor invoice. We will show you two ways to expedite your vendor invoice payment process.
(Training will focus only on subcontractor labor) 1. Create a Purchase Order with subcontractor labor to ensure that the details (hours, labor categories, etc.) show up on the customer invoice 2. Set up subcontractors that allow a PO stamp on subcontractor timesheets with the purchase order number 3. Step through the vendor invoice process, matching and entering labor hours in Unanet 4. Review the new customer invoice format with added fields for hours, labor categories, etc.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
