How to Log In

Once you install the app, you will be asked to log in and provide a domain name. The domain needed for initial mobile app setup can be found in the URL of Unanet AE in the web

  • Go to your Unanet AE portal

    Navigate to the webpage you use to enter your timesheet details 
  • Get your Domain

    Find the domain by looking at the value before the first dot in the website address.

What can I do in this app?

  • Enter time by easily searching recent, scheduled, or nearby projects

    • Enter time daily or as work is completed. 
    • Set daily reminders to complete time tracking conveniently. 
  • Submit expenses by scanning receipts with your camera

    • Scan your receipts directly to your expense report – manual entry optional. 
    • Unanet automatically populates expense fields using OCR 
  • Approve time and expense

    • Managers can approve time and expenses, including line-item approval.
