AP Automation Enhancements

The new AP Automation enhancements include automatic due date calculation, auto-populating invoice periods and AP accounts, and easier line-item management with clearer deletion options. These updates, along with multi-currency improvements and the ability to add attachments, streamline your AP process for greater efficiency and control.

Resource Schedule Update
Project teams often struggle to get a clear, detailed view of resource allocation, particularly when trying to assess availability by specific job titles.
Resource Scheduler now allows you to view and filter resources by job title, making it easier to allocate the right team members to each project. With a more granular view of your resource pool, you can better plan project staffing, optimize resource utilization, and ensure that the right expertise is deployed where itโs needed most.
Mobile Benefit Balances
Employees on the go often have limited access to important HR information, including benefit balances.
Why it matters? This introduces frustration when trying to keep track of remaining vacation days, sick leave, or other benefits.
Unanet AE for mobile now features the ability to view benefit balances, offering a seamless and user-friendly way to check available time off and other benefits from anywhere. Whether in the office or in the field, employees can quickly access this helpful information, empowering them to manage their time more effectively.
Whatโs next: Unanet AE 24.10 will be available based on the schedule below. Unanet Cloud customers will be updated automatically between 9pm EST and 1am EST and should plan for system downtime during the upgrade windows.
