2018 Champions Conference

Unanet's 2018 Champions Conference is returning to Northern Virginia at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner from April 26-27, with optional pre-conference training classes on April 25. With record breaking attendance at the 2017 West Coast Champions Conference, the 2018 Conference in Washington is expected to be our best attended event yet.

The 2018 Conference is a must-attend event, delving into topics of product capabilities, industry best practices, and providing a networking forum for professional service organization leaders.

Hundreds of customers and partners are expected to register including executives, controllers, accounting managers, HR managers, contract and engagement managers and billing managers.

Customers are encouraged to meet with Unanet experts in one-on-one Success Clinics, share best practices with other customers, and attend the Break-Out Sessions on specific product capabilities. Attendees can earn CPE credits by attending the pre-conference training classes and choosing from a variety of sessions from the two-day conference and one pre-conference training day.

Huntsville GovCon Growth Summit

Joint hosts, Unanet and Anglin · Reichmann · Snellgrove & Armstrong, P.C. (ARSA), invite you to a half-day 2018 Huntsville GovCon Growth Summit, on March 6th, at the beautiful Jackson Center in downtown Huntsville.

The day will kick off with a keynote presentation by the Bloomberg Government analyst team, reviewing the Huntsville market and discussing the growth opportunities available to the region. Next will be a CFO panel, featuring four local CFOs. They will discuss the challenges affecting many firms as they manage their organization through growth. Session three, looks at the top cybersecurity controls and mitigation to grow your business, and will be presented by local firm, H2L Solutions. The final session of the day will be on selecting the right KPIs to help your company grow and will be presented by Unanet.

Support Ticketing System

To expedite communication and streamline processes, Unanet Support is internally implementing a new Ticketing System to go live on February 20th. After the new Ticketing System goes live on February 20,  Unanet's Support Team will be generating new username/password credentials for http://support.unanet.com. This will have no impact to your existing communication processes with Unanet Support. Please continue to send all support items to support@unanet.com! Please speak with your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions. We look forward to “supporting” you.

Ask Support

Q: I want to delegate someone to review timesheets but I don’t want them to see bill rates, etc. – I just want them to be able to review and approve timesheets. Can I do that?

A: There are Manager (People) approvers and Project Approvers. As long as you don’t configure the user with the Bill or Cost Rate Manager role, they can approve and run reports without seeing rates.
