You still have a few more days to register for the Unanet Champion conference. This year we are back in Tysons Corner, Virginia at The Ritz-Carlton from April 26 - 27. We are also offering Pre-Conference Training Sessions on April 25.

The conference will help you learn how to optimize your use of Unanet through best practice sessions led by our Unanet experts. You will get a chance to attend sessions led by Unanet customers who are using the product to grow their businesses in interesting ways! There will be plenty of opportunities to network with your peers, Unanet Partners, and Unanet employees.

Q: How do I set up a daily reminder to salaried employees who input less than 8 hours on their timesheet?

A: First configure your reminder by going to Admin\Reminders. Create a new reminder of type "Timesheet Minimum Hours" and select the employee type you want to create the reminder for. Then set the minimum hours.

Remember that you can have different formats for different types of reminders through the Admin\Setup\E-mail Reminders area. So you could have one that warns when someone hasn't entered 8 hours and another for when someone enters less than 0.1 hours (which would be no-time entry at all).

When you have the reminder setup, Click on the tab at the top for Schedule and set the reminder to run daily and specify a time. Remember that your reminder is for "yesterday" from the first image so Tuesday would remind people about Monday.
